  It was my second stay at the Splendid Royal in the last two months and it definitely is the best hotel in Lugano.Their restaurant is the best in town and the staff is very profesional.I really enjoyed my stay there. - Everything! Great staff, friendly and professional. Rooms are perfect, with great view. We'll go back there for sure!

  The staff were highly professional and pleasant; and the hotel spa was wonderful - which counted for a lot, as it rained the whole time I was in Lugano! - The hotel is easily acccessible and very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere.
