  friendly staff, very helpful; short drive to and from airport; convience of garage: great breakfast buffet; enjoyed 20 min walk to Lugano center; in our opinion the bed was the most comfortable during our two week stay in Europe. - Very good hotel. I'm recommend this hotel

  The staff were highly professional and pleasant; and the hotel spa was wonderful - which counted for a lot, as it rained the whole time I was in Lugano! - The hotel is easily acccessible and very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere. The views are stunning. The staff were all efficient and friendly.
