The staff was friendly and helpful. I checked out and went with the children to Foxtown. An hour later i received a phonecall informing me that i had left my wallet behind. Very thankful and appreciative for the help. Value for money, Close to Waterfront, shops & bus station. Walking distance from station.Helpful & friendly staff. Nice breakfast & clean facilities.

Implementation of TVs can improve the comfort of the room. They need better internet access in the room, but in the reception was working better. No kettle. No air conditioning and noisy as we had to keep the window open and its on a main road and there was a bike festival on. Breakfast was a little on the sparse side. The rooms facing the street can be noisy, on a hot night, with no air conditioning. The breakfast is poor. Breakfast was terrible, have to pay extra for a boiled egg. Canned fruit, tasteless canned jam and very limited selection of breads. WiFi only works intermittently, very unreliable. It was really hot. A fan would have been nice. The stuff is not helpful enough in terms of actively providing necessary information. You need to ask for everything your want otherwise they just keep silence. There is no fan or air on in the room. Again, need to ask for it. Many Swiss hotel do not provided kettle. Anyway, I don't think this is very for the money. But that's Switzerland. Another suggestion is to stay in Milano instead.
