Staff were friendly and helpful without being in anyway superior. The atmosphere was relaxed with a personal touch, I felt as if I was a VIP without the anonimity of many corporate hotels. Food was good and they did well to provide vegetarian alternatives for me, breakfsts were amazing!. Free and working(!) Wi-Fi, half board option with very nice dinners, swimming pool and sauna, actually everything was fine.

Poor quality of massages. Only circular stroking was available during the treatments. Bad point for the hotel to offer such kind of service.
