  Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Family room was great as kids slept in a separate room. Good location - about a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Small town, but a good range of local shops. - Close the cable car station. Skiing is very convenient. Staffs in the hotel are nice and willing to help.

  Centrally located, the hotel is recently renovated. The receptionist speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and tastefully appointed, featuring even a jacuzzi bathtub. We had a superior suit with a magnicent view of the hills.   The rooms were spacious and comfortable with heated bathroom floors which is nice on a chilly (-17) night. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a la carte eggs any style also available. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly with everything. The main train station is 5-10 min walk away and from here it is about half hour into larger t - From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Sofia after a disastrous journey (which was made better by the complimentary Prosecco) we knew this was a fantastic hotel. It's in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the main Gotschnabahn lift. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and felt like a ski chalet in itself. The bar is spacious and stylish, and the breakfast service was everything you could ask for. We only wished we were staying longer!

  Very comfortable and friendly. Staff couldn't have been more helpful with advice on local activity including the mountain train free to visitors! - Not my favourite mountain resort but a lovely Hotel with a nice breakfast room. I was given a very nice bedroom and facilities for four nights.
