  The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. Moreover, we were given the rooms much earlier than the check in time. It was very helpful as we had travelled overnight by train and needed to refresh ours... what people say » elves before stepping out. The hotel is very conveniently located in Central Zurich surrounded by the old charm of the city. We wouldn't have asked - - The location was fantastic - you can easily walk there from the main train station. Then the tourist sights are within walking distance also. - The room was an adequate size - there was enough room for luggage and to walk around. - The room was clean. - There was a lift so you didn't have to carry your luggage up stairs. - The staff were professional.

  No personnel at all !!! Once you have understood the automatic check in all problems are solved. You will meet modern and comfortable rooms with espresso machine but without telefone. Center of Zurich-Oerlikon, only 500 steps from the railway station to the Airport or to the City. - Shower temp and strength was awesome. Location very good. Pric... what people say » e was very good. Bed was generally comfortable. Staff was responsive and helpful when asked. Business card of the hotel a good idea. Can be used to ask questions and show to drivers to get home. Wifi worked perfectly.
