Room super clean, bathroom and room very well designed, bed was really comfortable.. Everything very functional. 15 mins on bus into Lucerne centre.

Clean modern room. Very comfortable with good amenities. Good access to public transport for getting into Luzern. Handy restaurant and bar. Absence of Internet connection (though I was told it's a fault of my PC, my phone also couldnot connect, many other people could not connect). Too big exchange rate upon payment in Euro. Poor breakfast. Poor breakfast, not all employs speaks English and sometimes it leads to poor service. Beds not that comfortable. Reception was not open when I booked out and girl doing breakfast had not been trained in how to handle the card machine. Chef salted food despite request for no salt. breakfast. -a few services broken (bed light, sink leakage, others) -standard breakfast -expensive. We expected a guest house not a motel. No elevator. street noise in the morning steep, complicated stairs, no lift, breakfast under average. Too small parking space. 1.Expensive for what you got 2.Staff abrasive and could speak any English 3. WIFI / Internet not working - inforned that it had not worked for 7 days.
