  Great for children because the swiss ski school is right outside with gentle slopes and magic carpet lifts with groups for beginners (the Swiss start skiing as 3 year olds) Very practical also for adults of all levels as the ski rental is attached to the hotel and you can ski directly down to the gondelbahn.   Very comfortable with room to move. Kitchen was useful to do some cooking of meals. Very warm and reasonably close to the township of Grindewald. - Great location, close to mountain trains and cable cars. Great location for hiking nearby. Was an apartment with kitchen. Spacious.
