We are a young professional couple from Brazil & Sweden and we have traveled and stayed at top hotels all over the world and are used to a certain standard. This was our first time in Geneva but this apt/hotel was above our expectations. Ultra modern and clean, very spacious and plenty of comfort. We felt at home right away. Complimentary fruits and drinks in the apt when we arrived from a long trip which was greatly appreciated. Staff was extraordinary, really went out of their way to help. I liked the very spacious room we booked. Very modern look and the room is equipped with everything you need. The best thing in this hotel that the staff greet us all the time and they make sure to ask us if we require any help. The room had two toilets and its very convienient for a couple. I liked the complementry water, juice, fruits that was provided to us. The location of the hotel is super amazing, its less than a five minute walk to the lake and around 10 min or less to the main train st. - Location. - Friendliness of the staff, all staff are helpful and ready to assist you. - Fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso Machine with capsules. - They have provided us with complementary water and juice at the check-in. - Daily cleaning service. Location is number one. Staff is very friendly and helpful; they did their best to locate a parking spot for our cars with no charges. Rooms, beds and bathrooms are very comfortable & clean. We have no complaints. Bring some wine & snacks to the room. Enjoy fresh Nepresso coffee & eat your meals out or dine in. The kitchen is fully equipped. Somewhat expensive (£304) for a one night stay in November. My room has no decent view. No ironing table and an iron in the room. When we arraived and left the hotel there were no one on the reception desk, we came at 7:45 am on the door step of the hotel and the sliding door doesn't operate until 8 am, but if you have a key then you can get in any time. Also when we left no one there to check us out or carry our luggage. No Parking. Cancellation policy is too long with 14 days, lack of parking service, need some type of breakfast included for the price (coffee and baked goods). The price is on the high side. None. We had a leak in the toilet which they were unable to fix while we were there and they didn't change us from that room.
