Politeness, luxury.Perfect!. room. The hotel was very quiet, but located in a street. First I thought that this would be a problem. But there was no sound at all and after around 20.00 hours there was no sound at all.They have a parking with their own places. Which was really needed for me to park the car.the atmosphere and everything is fantastic. Everything about the hotel was excellent.Very kind and helpful receptionists. Limited use included would be good so for example clients could book airplane seats for return flights. Was not going 12 CHF for that privilege.One blanket in a double bad can cause inconvenience. (We ordered the 2nd one the next day). room service stpped after 10 PM , hotel intrance too small to carry the laugage , no one help to carry the laugage to the room during checkin and check out. The staff was professional but not very welcoming.The bar was closed. duvet not blankets would have been better. The bed was not a queen size as requested at the reception it was instead two twin beds put together - for this kind of price it is not suitable for a couple.no, every thing in hotel in nice. the bed size is small. la posizione. No room service available and was not notified prior to arrival as this was one of the reasons for the choosing the hotel. We had to then leave our hotel late at night to find some food for dinner and it was not the nicest of areas, we had to pass gangs of youths. Very expensive breakfast and we wanted to check in to the airport on-line but was told we would have to pay to use the internet.lack of staff and very limited choice of food. STAFF DOES OT KNOW HOW TO SMILE AND ON ARRIVAL RECEPTIONIST VERY ARROGANT TO SAY THE LEAST. UNABLE TO HELP WITH BASIC QUESTIONS.
