The hotel is modern and beautiful. The room has a mini-kitchen and allthe necessities. It's also very close to the old town and public transityet very quiet. We loved the hotel and it's a comfortable place for usto kick back after a long day in the city. The hotel is perfect... Beautiful, clean... Staff is very very nice...And they gave us a room upgrade for no reason... We stayed in awonderful loft, very very clean and fully equipped.

The rooms are clairaudient. the room was really too hot, no air conditioning? could not turn the heating down in the bathroom, tried to keep the window open, but the smell coming from outside was unbearable: either a chimney or someone burning wood... Took 20 minutes to check out because of the credit card machine that was not functioning.Located in a (slightly) run-down area, bus ride from 'old town', but the buses were frequent and (since Jan 2008) free for tourists. Size of the room. for a four star hotel some staff members were a bit too casual and sometimes rather unfriendly. Room was adjacent to the lift, which was a little noisey. Limited car parking.Few small housekeeping issues. Dirty radiator and cup in bathroom. location could have made it a better place, and day provition of soaps also could make you feel better. Essential room a bit small...2-3 m2 more would have helped. Our room was perhaps oldest one? It was already worn out, some "design" artifacts were broken. For example floor lamp was broken but it was turned facing the wall so that it wouldn't look so bad :-) Also cutlery was miscellaneous, it would have been nice that those would match also design hotel image.A little too pricey, expensive breakfast, very noisy housekeepers. Breakfast was horrendous !!!. Absence of Russian TV channels. Just I dont understand why the LAN plug is too far away from the desk and water keeps leaking out of the shower tub.It was hot during the night. Air conditioner was not working. I will recommend this hotel in winter but in summer. The hotel was very noisy. The bathroom was quite small.Not an attractive area, no 4 star facilities (eg no bar, restaurant). the bed was too hard,badly stocked minibar,not enough english speaking channels on the tv. Horribly uncomfortable bed, the narrowest double bed I have ever seen and that is in a Junior Suite costing CHF500 per night, my wife's and my back hurt after a night there; no room service to speak of, just a poor selection of snacks from a bar.
