We loved how 'Swiss' the hotel was, the Fondue dinner in the restuarant was delicious, the staff were over the top helpful with anything.From the moment we walked in the door, we felt very welcomed. The galat the desk was very friendly and helpful. The decor is very clean andcheerful. The restaurant was wonderful, as it not only has deliciousfood, but the entertainment is a lot of fun. It was so great, we haddinner there twice. We highly recommend this hotel and would staythere again.

Nice smallish and cosy hotel with smily and helpfull staff. Evening in the restauraunt was great and the hotel is situated just great near the main train station and still close by all the worthfull things to see and experience.friendly staff, atomsphere was as expected. Good service on arrival. Location. The restaurant is very good and very authentic.We liked everything.Our room was on the top floor, and there is a central stairway. Our staywas from May 5-8, and they still had their heaters going, and the topfloor was stiffling hot!! We asked if they had air conditioning, andthey said it was not turned on yet!! We had to sleep with our windowsopen. On our last day, they finally did turn off the heat - phew!!. no bar area. The internet was slow (was it busy?); parking was a problem; the hotel was tall and thin, making the lift the only (slow) option.There was a smell of Cheese but you get used to it within minutes and then can't smell it any more. Walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people next door who were rather loud.The bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. It was just to hot in the rooms and the air con was ineffectual. Our room was not made up despite putting the 'please make up the room' sign on the door. Was given a poor excues that they coulld not get in to the room - which was a lie. The receptionist did not seem to care that we had been inconvenienced. Had to argue to get anything resolved.
