Perfect location from Geneve airport, only 3 minitus by shuttle bus from hotel.Close to the airport. Nice rooms, near the EXPO center and very close to airport (free shuttle).The fitness center is excellent.proximity to the airport. Comfortable room. close ti airport. easy to get to airport , nice place. the service wasnt so bad. The food was very expensive for room service and mini bar. I reserved a room well in advance to my trip to Geneva. I reserved a room with 2 beds. Upon arrival I was informed that I had been "upgraded" to a suite with a king bed. My associate had to sleep on a fold-out couch. For $460 this was very poor value. On top of this we ate at the hotel for breakfast and dinner which brough our total bill to almost $700.You won't get a "cozy" feeling there. It's good as a business hotel.Hotel rooms were small. food in restaurant and price of room. curtain rail broke , no porter to carry bags to the room - I had heavy bags and the price per night should have had porter- the shower was not great - should have been much more powerful and the charge for internet is dumb - should have been free considering the price of the room. I called the desk because the volume of the movie I paid for was so low as to be inaudible. The person I spoke to seemed unconcerned but agreed to send someone to see if the problem could be fixed. No one ever came. Also, the bottom seal was missing off the shower and the bathroom flooded. I expected the cleaning staff to report this problem but it seems they did not. I had to report it myself. Bad quality of pilow, Couette too short !!!!!. there was no way to adjust the room temperature, it was way too hot for my taste and the window was sealed.
