The hotel staff was very helpful, they picked us from the train station and gave us rides to town on a few days. They also organized the stay for our 1yr old daughter well with baby cot in the room and baby chair always waiting at our table. View from the hotel is fantastic. Excellent location with friendly staff. Good spa facilities. Reasonable price for a 4 star hotel in Switzerland.
