Situated amid the scenic Gantrisch Nature Park in the Bernese Oberland, the bnb gantrisch is part of a farm built in 1759. It offers fine regional cuisine and free Wi-Fi.
You can enjoy panoramic views over Gürbe Valley and the Alps from the Gantrisch guest house. Many farm animals are still kept on the premises.
The spacious and quiet rooms feature central heating and have shared bathroom facilities.
Fine Swiss and local specialities are served on request. Many ingredients including meat come from the own farm. You can also make use of the barbecue facilities.
Lake Thun can be reached within a half-hour drive from the bnb gantrisch.

The hosts are wonderful and very friendlt. They are fluent in many languages (French, German, English, etc ...). The B&B is greatly located on the hills towards the higher montians with a wonderful view on the valley. Breakfast there was very good, and they can prepare dinner as well, which was excellent too, and included some of the meat from the cows they raise. This is a farm, which would be great for kids. The prices are very reasonable for this region of Switzerland. In summary this is. all reviews
Beautiful location. The owners were very hospitable. They were very easy going and spoke English well. The house is adorable and the scenery is amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys scenery and a laid back atmosphere. Plus the breakfast was pretty delicious!.
The view of the Alps is spectacular. If you get up early you can get incredible pictures of the morning sun shining on the nearby peaks. The surrounding countryside and views are beautiful as well. The owners are also a pleasure to speak with.

This BnB is unique, a working farm in every way, if you are looking for
a unique experience and don't mind stepping back in time this is for
you, most memorable place we stayed while in Europe, loved it!.

No remarkable downsides to this place.
It is a working farm so if you are averse to having cattle around then this might not be for you. That being said, there is very little cattle smell inside the house.
Narrow roads might be hard to drive for those who aren't used to difficult environments.
A little out of the way but worth it if this is what you want to
experience.
