The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. The beds are some of the most comfortable ever. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic. very relaxed atmosphere, a whole courtyard for having breakfast in the morning with a wide Array of cheeses, home made cake, fruit... very friendly staff and nice location. Very quiet during the night. Lugano is just 10min by car.
