Very spacious room, with good bathroom products, including robes and slippers, excellent tea/coffee tray with many varieties of tea, attractively decorated room with good external blind system. Very good breakfast table, including prosecco!. The room's size was very good and the price was very reasonable. The location of the hotel is excellent. So that, I can reach any destination easily. Just three minutes walk to get on the train.There was some noise from the tram station outside but this did not trouble us overnight.The breakfast price is high.Overpriced breakfast. The room was a bit cold because I couldn't work out how to close the windows for a few hours. Breakfast finished at 10, even on the weekend, and was very expensive.The rooms were very dry, which I suppose, is typical of any hotel.dinner/breakfast very expensive; kingsize bed not of good quality. When checked-in, I asked the staff whether the breakfast was included or not in the rate. He answered if I need it I have to pay extra CHF27 for each person (me and my wife) or in total CHF54. I decided not to take that offer. However, when checked-out the hotel charged me CHF162 for three days breakfast. I complained to to the staff and asked them to refund that money to my credit card.I had to go to a separate laundry room to do ironing, which was located on the top floor of the adjacent building.
