Everything was absolute perfect! The staff, room, everything Top notch! The Asian Restaurant impressed me with the best Duck I've ever eaten, and I had serious problems to finish my meal. I didn't want it to end. I were in Duck heaven!!!. Well appointed room, good location right in front of park with thermal bad right across the park, delightful unexpected treat when we stumbled onto the "wassersymphonie" at 9 pm in the park (thrice weekly late April-October we learned).

-very good balance price vs quality especially in Zurich region -very clean room , -friendly staff -asian restaurant next door serves good very tasty curry -parking facility. The staff was extremely friendly, the bedding particularly comfortable, the shower was a dream and the deco style exquisite for a very good price!. breakfast very good, place very quiet, room new and clean. rooms recently renovated and comfy. Well presented, Clean & quiet. Cleanliness, service, staff. no real complaints - staff might have been a bit more attentive (we had to search them out for 7:45 a.m. checkout & seldom saw them when we went in & out of hotel). noisy street in front, however asked for quiet room. as everywhere in Switzerland prices are indeed very high. Staff needed a little prodding, but were helpful nonetheless. 17 inch TV monitor, no internet in the room.
