We were late to check in and the hotel hostess was waiting up for us and was worried about us being lost in the dark. She was so sweet and helpful. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently and of course German and 'Swiss. We were only going to stay two nights and it was so convenient and economical we stayed a whole week. Friendly & helpful service. Newly renovated room (I understand upgrades are still in progress). Quiet in hotel (light guest load) and bar wasn't noisy on ground floor.

Blue Zone parking is free for 1 hour from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00 only with a Park Clock Card (available at the City Council opposite or the Police Station) A complimentary Hotel parking card is available at the Check-in from 17:00.
