all reviews Close to everything in Andermatt, helpful staff. The views from my room were excellent. The restaurant was nice for dinner and for breakfast. Pleasant decorated corridors. Receptionist is always at the restaurant so no one manages the counter. Too few dry-stands for ski boots Low water pressure on the 3rd floor. No kettle or tea and coffee facilities. Old fashion designed rooms and not in a good way. Not enough space for 3 people. An unpleasant bathroom that we decided not to use at all because it was not appealing. The sink was not functioning right, we had to pull the element in order to let the water run down the drain! The lady at the reception upon arriving was not welcoming and obviously a heavy smoker because the whole reception area was with that smell.
