Comfortable beds, coffee & Tea making facilities, wonderful smiling staff in reception and spacious rooms. We got a good rate including breakfast. The Ski park is just ten minutes away. By Public transport from Central Station take any of the Green Line t17/t18/t19 change to Tram Grey Line l22 and get down at Sickla Kaj. all reviews » The hotel, break fast and other facilities are good. Breakfast is with lot of varieties, try the Swedish cakes especially. Staff were cool. And special thing, they offer free bicycles upto 4 days for guests. Nearby the hotel there is are coop and Lidl supermakets and burger shops. - Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. - Large light beautiful rooms with nice view. - Rich and tasty breakfast. - Good wi-fi connection. - Ice machine on every even floor. - Tram just over the corner. - Supermarket over the corner, works daily till 10 PM. Contact the hotel for a room with a view before you stay, if the view is important for you. Far from the central of Stockholm if you have to use the public transportation. You need at least two different vehicle to reach to central of the city. No casement but yet air-conditioning is enough. After 20 minutes of your shower, no hot water. The staff were not friendly and at check in, they ask for our credit card but never explained what they needed it for as the room was pre- paid. Never explained how to use the wi-fi. The bar always seem to be closed. Staff at breakfast were not helpful and would try and rush you out. Breakfast closed too early 9:30. Beds were two singals pushed together where you could fall out if you role into the middle. Looked for a Swedish Pancake maker. Just not so close to the city centre as expected. *the front desk clerk @departure at 4:00am was hard to find in the reception area *a little misunderstanding with our breakfast packages /these were definitely not worth additional 50SEK paid, even when we had breakfast included/. Room was next to elevator, which kept me awake, although other rooms seemed to be available. This happened to me before at other hotels. Do guests who book via bookings.com always get the worst rooms?. I didn't like the design of the business room and its furniture without a closed wardrobe. Also, I didn’t like the design of the main lobby and the breakfast area. Beds were awful, very small and legs are not covered.. Breakfast was not spcial.. In the room I had four items fixed, pulp light in bathroom, safety box was not working, iron board was broken... The maintenance is zero scoring... It has to be one of the worst place ever... Comparing Malmo Parkinn to Stockholm both are totally different.. The hotel has been neglected and maintenance is required at large paring in mind the 3 year age of the hotel... It looks 10 years old. I got a room for disabled people with a bathroom with a lot of arrangement for wheelchairs. The room was not clean.
