Staff was always very helpful and available. Restaurant was good for dinner and became a good option at good prices. Room was small but comfortable and the extra room with the sofa bed for our son was very convenient. Internet was surprisingly good in the room with excellent speed and for free. Free parking was also appreciated. We were very satisfied with the hotel and can definitely recommend it.

Easy to get there, the room was nice and clean, very good breakfast, parking was free and safe (garage), very pleasant staff, easy to go in the city centre (10 min. with the train), so I recomand this hotel. My daughter really liked it. Simply 5 stars service in 3 stars budget. Staff is very well trained to give you the feel of home. However, the hotel receptionist informed me that they do not have triple rooms and that this problem had occurred before. Wi-Fi didn't work. Apparently a common issue. No Aircon, but this is a rule rather than an exception in Sweden. Rooms are getting very stuffy in the summer and makes for some uncomfortable nights. No air condition , there was like a hostel ventilation in regular double room. Poor Breakfast. Gym is way too hot. I slipped on the floor and almost broke my arm...needs to be dealt with. You have to walk through puddles form the tub to get to the equipment...poor design...no ventilation. The cost at the bar seemed very high. none. More variety of breakfast could have been there. The higher grade room & bathroom were large but the bathroom has almost no storage space, one miniscule shelf! Wifi was erratic in room. Personnel at check in could be a bit more friendly. Girl is restaurant was very nice and polite, head waiter, guy, was a bit rude and seemed to have little patience. The internet is very weak. No minibar, no option to buy anything to drink ( water or softdrinks ) if you arrive late. The restaurant has been closed each day at 22:00 even the hotel staff claimed it should be open till 23:00. Internet (WiFi) connection was strange and it didn't work all the time. Room size. Lack of food options nearby. Very big atrium-like hotel, not cosy at all. Room looked on atrium so window could not open. Breakfast and dinner in cantine like restaurant. room size. The toilet was malfunctioning!. weak wifi. canf find anything. There was a bit poor lighting (non-existent) in the hall area of the room. Restaurant was extremely poor, almost nothing on the meny or they didnt have it that day. And what they served I could have bought in the supermarket. The area didnt have much to offer either. No shopping area in imidiate vicinety. 40 min walk to Solna Centrum, between 3-400 sek in cab. Also a 40-45 min walk to Friends arena (with children), return with cab 780,- sek. But of course you could take the train. The hotel is simply inaccessible when coming in from the airport. I tried to avoid a taxi by taking a train to Solna but still had to take a 160sek cab. It would be usefule if they spelt out how to get to the hotel on their website. Room is very small and it is difficult to get comfortable and relax. The air conditioning is not working very well and the bed size was really small. Wifi is often down. Don't put your case or bag on top of the wardrobe, as its very dusty. No badget restorants only Statoil gasoline station cross the road. Small rooms and few TV channels available. the division of the room and bathroom. Lights at room was not satisfactory. Everything else were perfect.
