The hotel was very pretty on the outside, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the common kitchen was a nice idea. The staff was very helpful (we arrived after check-in time and left before the staff came to work in the morning) with organizing our check-in and check-out. I like the hotel, becouse the place,where it is located is very quite, actually in the forest. The room is very small, but has a frige, shower, safe, good bed, very comfortable. There is a large kitchen well equiped near the room, it is very good too.
all reviews » We needed close proximity to the airport and relax after travelling. The use of the kitchen and laundry were great as well as the spacious room. Close to catch train to Stockolm as well. Staff was really friendly. Good location (close to Sigtuna, Uppsala, Arlanda Airport, Stockholm). Free internet. There is a fully equipped kitchen for common use. Pierre was awesome..he really gives wonderful customer service. The kitchen was well appointed and appreciated. Room was sparkling clean but sparten. Willingly picked us up from the airport for a nominal charge. Provided good local knowledge for our brief visit to Marsta and Stockholm. The location is not good for people who want to spend their vacation in Stockholm, but if you're travelling by car, it's perfect. This hotel is far from town, 40 min. by train. The rooom was a bit small. Room was too bare. The hairdryer is available at reception only, but since the reception works not 24 hours, I was able to get it at 11 am. However, the lady from reception desk was very cooperative and quick and brought it to the room. Room not cleaned when I arrived, but that was sorted quickly. Curtains very thin a morning sun comes right through from 3am onwards. The price. Somewhat noisier than I expected, due to proximity to road. Extremely small rooms, little bit too far from central Stockholm about 40 minutes by train, prices could be better for condition offered. Some room are outdated with poor noise isolation In some rooms the toilet is literaly in the shower so you clean it every time you take a shower... The tiny room and bathroom.no space for luggage. Poor lightening, poor service and breakfast.no value for money.overpriced as most hotels in sweden. No staff in the reception for the most of the day.
