the receptionist was excellent. she rescued my drivers license for me. I had left it at a mall some distance from the hotel. The central siting and easy to locate.Sauna and half broken jacuzzi available for free. the shower stall was extremely tight and difficult to use. just very poor value for the money, I've had better toilet paper in a road toilet, no shampoo, no plug in the sink, no easily accessible internet, poor diner buffet (you have to get the in the first hour to get decent food, cheap oven dishes afterward). Anything but a proactive staff. Silly system with tickets for diner. Diner room to small, with a large empty (prohibited) bar next door. No parkin.
