The hotel is very modern and brand new. The location is excellent and the design top notch. The gym is large and very well equipped. Very good value for money. Good breakfasts, great location and nice lobby bar /chilout zone downstairs at the reception area. Very popular and crowded place on Fridays-Saturdays. Location and design was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Restaurant and breakfast was very good.

Them bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Location is extremely good. Perfect location for the city Great breakfast. Comfortable stay and nice service. bra frukost, fina stora rum. Wounderful breakfast!. Fresh beds. The hotel was crowded with the participants of a championship (handball?) - during a "normal" week this should not be the case I hope. The gym is well equipped, however, there are no towels and it is far away from the rooms - so, don't forget to bring your towel... Not convenient wifi system ( you have to login with your individual login and pass from the given card every single time you need Internet ), lost card- no Internet. Also quite cool in the room and you can not heat the room in a view of central heating system with a fixed temperature 21 degrees always. The parking was off-site and the wifi was terrible as you had to log in with username and password everytime. I also expected the bathroom to have more toiletries such as lotion, shaving gel etc. Long wait for our meal in hotel restaurant, waited 50minutes for starter and 90 minutes for main course! Hotel is 5 star but dressing gown and slippers have to be requested and are charged for, 75 sek and 45 sek respecttively. It was cold in the bathroom!. Normally Swedish people is very nice but at the hotel we met one especially rude bartender. The internet connection should be simplified. We stayed for 4 nights but we had to get new passwords everyday. No safe in room was inconvenient. Hard bed Boring interior Room design felt cheap and cold. Poor breakfast. Accessibilty by car (no parking, complex infrastructure). When we arrived around 17.00 a happy hour was going on with a crowd of half drunken kids. They were still there when we left for dinner. The parking was expensive and apparently far away. It took more than 15 minutes to get the car.
