Very good shuttle service. Came to pick us up 5 minutes after we called. Shuttle driver, young guy, drove badly and should slow down in sharp turns. Nice and kind young staff, good and not too pricy wine in the restaurant. Very pretty room, wonderful bed and nice design overall. Shuttle driver, young woman, drove us back to the terminal the morning after, wonderful driving. Our flight was early in the morning, so we chose to spend the last night in Sweden in hotel close to the airport. Ibis Style Arlanda met all our expectations: it provides free shuttle service to the airport and good breakfast starting from 4 am! The room was nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Internet connection was very good. The staff was polite and efficient.
all reviews » Essential hotel, but I think it's a perfect solution if you want to stay close to the airport. The shuttle service is very good, the breakfast is OK (of course you can't expect a huge variety of food!), the room was quiet. They put a cot in the room for our 3 years old son, for free. Convenient location, excellent shuttle service from and to airport... We were in our room within half an hour of landing...! Room very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. No complaints - would not hesitate to stay again if we needed an airport hotel close to Stockholm Arlanda. Everything! Clean, modern, new condition, very kind transfer driver dropped us straight at Avis car hire rather than Terminal in the morning. Hot breakfast even at 5.30am, very comfortable bed. Very convenient for Arlanda. Young friendly staff. It was so close to airport.They come to pick up us from the airport at midnight:) Everything was sufficient to spend one or two nights if you come to Stockholm for business or if you have flight to another location in a short period. I really liked the cafe on the mezzanine level and how that created a sense of welcome as you walked into the hotel. The very poor menu for dinner. The hotel is a bit sterile. £14.00 for a small piece of lasagne and not even any fries with it. Taste was not good either. The room was to cold - could not find the thermal regulation. The food was very average and should have been more interesting and better quality. The Wifi didn't work in my bedroom ( Room 204) and was messy with the small pieces of paper. No hair dryer or a jug in room. I had 2 Big Bags because I had my flight to london on the next day.The lift in the hotel was out of order.and I have to carry my bags through a stairs with narrow steps alone.Which was horrible. Nothing. No hot water in the morning so had to take cold shower. No information or compensation presented by the hotel. Took to long to check in.
