  We really enjoyed our short stay in the hotel. They were very facilitating and hospitable towards us and assisted us in all ways possible. The staff were the selling point for us. Everyone is so friendly and go way out of their way to make sure you get the best out of your stay in Kandy. The greatest thing ever was that I told them I'd like to take some cooking lessons in Kandy (but there's none), so their chef made some time in his busy schedule to teach me how to make curry. That was unbelievable. I can't imagine any other hotel being that intimate and friendly. - This is a great hotel if you're on vacation. Everyone is so friendly and go way out of their way to make sure you get the best out of your stay in Kandy.   Clean and well maintained property. The hotel staff made us feel comfortable during our stay. The view from the hotel was amazing. We had nice breakfast with a lot of options to chose.

  We spent 2 nights at Hotel Suisse, really enjoyed it and were sad to leave. The hotel has so much character and a happy and relaxed atmosphere. It is perfectly situated on lake Kandy within walking distance to the Tooth Temple. The staff are friendly and attentive. We had some lovely meals in the 2nd floor restaurant which is open all day. The first evening a man played the keyboard and sang an - We got in before check in time but it was no bother for the front staff. They very quickly had our room ready giving us to use the free wifi in the lobby, we were treated to an ice cold drink. Jehan went out of his way and this was reflected in the other staff members including the dining room staff. We wanted a room overlooking the pool and got it despite being busy with the esala festivities. The room was large, clean and the toilet was great.

  Lovely breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Large spacious rooms.On the hill above Kandy but quick and cheap tuk tuk ride into the centre.   Looks better in real life than on the pictures. Front desk quite helpful, bell boys very helpful, cheerful and polite! Room had a nice view and nice wooden floor. Nice bed and great bathtub.
