The staff were very friendly and helpful.A bit awkward to find as it is inside a passage,however the locals were very friendly, you only had to take a map out of your bag and someone would come to help you find your way.We had one local man who actually walked with us 5 minutes to the hotel. lovely people. Staff does not speak English. Due to major road works the car park was a nightmare to find. Charge for the parking of my group's cycles in the underground car park.The bikes took up little room and were charged at the rate of one car.Of 16 hotels used in Spain and France this was only one of two who madea charge for bikes. This should be complimentary. Difficult to find as the hotel is in an acarde, also road works did not help. It is possible that access to the hotel will be limited to pedestrians only as it may become a pedestrian zone..
