The apartments are located in the heart of Valencia's historic center. There are plenty of restaurants just few blocks away. Good value for money. New and clean. The room is excellent. There were a number of minor issues which may have been related to the recent opening of the apartments such as bathroom door that didn't close, odd bedding and lack of some facilities; kettle,washing machine, ironing facilities. Our apartment was a little noisy some nights but given the tariff rate, overall it is excellent value for money. Very noisy in the morning due to construction works nearby. The internet connection is poor, it is available only in the passageway. There is a night club Radio City downstairs. Very loud from there and people otside produce lot of noise. If you first time in Valencia and want to explore city I would recommend to book a hotel in new part rather than in old city. The shower let the apartment down - it was a bit old looking, and the shower curtain rail was loose so the floor got wet. Not enough hot water. Only enough for one quick shower. Second person gets a cold shower. Very rough scratchy pillow case and top sheet. No bottom sheet available at all. No pillow case available for extra pillow. Had to cover pillow with clothing. Have to pay for extra towel. Skimpiness with linens a shame. An upgrade here would raise the level of this hotel a lot. Check out time (11am) : a bit early. No heater, no a/C. The surroundings can be a bit noisy (bars and clubs). Matrasses are too hard, time to change them. Sadly we slept very little as the bed was rock hard, there was no airconditioner and the noise from the bars outside went on till the very early hours of the morning. Could have been more toiletries provided (we stayed for 4 nights and were only supplied with 2 single use hair/body wash). Most hotels replace these every day or do not provide at all. Toilet paper was also not replenished. There was no fan or air conditioning, so it did get quite warm in the apartment. The one possible parking is only for 20 Eur. Very noisy outside on saturday night, hard beds and small shower. Drains smelt. One room was unfinished! Noisy partymakers in flat opposite - so no sleep. Beds were a little uncomfortable Little noisy at nighttime due to bar next door but once doors were shut, most of the noise was blocked out. No laundry facilities. Please update the telefon numbers of the appartment. There is a couple bars (non-smoking) in front of the hotel, so since 11.30 PM till the morning - extremely loudly. About 40-60 persons drinking, talking and smoking on the street every night. You should be ready for this, bocouse there are no any air-conditioners in apartment. Poor Wi-fi on the 4th floor! Somehow cheap towels and shower gadgets. Location-night club next door made it noisy overnight. Didn't like matras - very hard..:). Nothing. building construction of the adjacent building, if you are pleasant like to wake up at 7 am from a drill sound, it's excellent choice. It's only a small point but the shower played up from time to time and gave us a couple of cold showers also our room overlooked an alley way which was extremely noisy till 3am and then was littered with drink cans each morning. Beds were very hard (not sure if they were actually beds), and linen was sub-standard. Two single doonas for a queen bed. Staff were friendly but not helpful. They couldn't help with a kitchen knife or a kettle (even though the kitchen was modern and nice). Staff would not help with getting around, claiming they do not offer this service (eg booking a taxi). Apartment wasn't quite finished so some teething problems with hot water. Beds just a thin foam mattress so not very comfortable. A fan would be ideal, along with pans so you can make use of the kitchen. The beds were rock hard and the coverings were very thin. There was also no heating in the apartment or spare blankets so it was cold. The staff did not have any extra blankets for us. There was no shower screen so the bathroom floor flooded when we showered. The kitchen seemed to be missing several necessary utensils. Building still under construction and noise started each morning at 8:00. Many burned out light bulbs and other half-finished items in the room. Should be pretty nice when they finish. They dont on duty at early morning. If you wanna check out in the morning, dont go to this hotel. They wont refund the deposit of the key to you. and the deposit is 50 euro. I left this hotel at morning, there were nobody at the reception, I left key and a note at the table, told them refund the deposit to my bank account. They send email said they would refund to me, but after 3 weeks they not do it.
