We loved the location - felt like a local! Our son went to FSU-Valencia campus and the apartment was just 2 blocks. Walked everywhere around the old city, rented bikes and rode through the River park. Close to bus, tram and train station.all reviews »
Location and apartment is great!Also they left us to entry earlier
because apartment was ready!When we has to left our luggage wasnt any
problem.Air conditioner work good so wasnt cold at apartment.
Located next to a nice parc, walking distance of El Carmen, fully equipped appartement, perfect!.

The throw over the sofa needs a wash or replacing.
Only one key and when you leave with the key there are no lights - needed to ask for 2 keys.
Very old towels and bed complect.Need to be changed on new for
every guest!!!.
In wind and rain storm, water came under the door/window. traffic on main road close by was bit noisy in morning.
There were lots of small problems like the key wasn't corrected so we waited about an hour to get into the apartment and the wifi wast working at the beginning.
Everything,specially bed!.

Please let Edificio Jardines del Turia know your expected arrival time at least 48 hours in advance in order to arrange key collection. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.
If you arrive between 10:00 and 14:00 or between 15:00 and 20:00, from Monday to Friday, key collection will be done in person. At any other time, you will need a code to access the apartment.
If you arrive before 17:00, the property can store your luggage.
Payment must be made on arrival with the credit card used to secure the reservation.
A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within a week after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform Living Valencia - Jardín del Turia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. License number: EGVT-284-V
