The Appartment was on the roof of the building the views were very interesting. I stayed for over a month and found it very private and secure.
During my stay I had a small problem which was delt with extremely fast. I would usie this Appartment again.
The apartment is nice and cozy with two terraces. Close to the beach and the Oceanografic. In every restaurant and shop will be someone who speaks English. Valencia is a beautiful city.all reviews »
The apartment was as advertised, big and clean with an elevator right by the entrance. Adequate kitchen equipment, friendly manager.

The air conditioning was broken. Uncomfortable beds.
The location is not great but that's individual taste. 20 min to the beach by foot and quite far from the beautiful city centre and the student areas but the transport is good and fast.
The apartment is close to the sea, but far from the city center.
There were no things like soap, sugar, coffee, oil, washing powder at all in the apartment, which is strange.
The washing machine was broken, but was replaced by the one in order within 1 day after we reported about it.
No body answer you when you needed
The furniture was very poor
No aircondesion at bed rooms
At kitchen no pans to cook food when we needed
No contact person if u need any thing.
