The info on this accomadation is few and far between but we found it fantastic. High Spec and very clean. Full Kitchen and beautiful gardens. All round it was in a great setting with loverly gardens, the rooms were cleaned every day and all staff were friendly.The room was so clean. Definateny use the hotel again. Really close 2the beach lovely. Very helpful receptionist. She really cared about the guests in a very personal way.all reviews »
peace and quiet. Appartment was spotless, with pleasant views. The pool was extremely clean, the security was quite incredible, with four/five keys just to get in or out of the grounds !. Very quiet location which suited us very well. The whole complex was very well maintained and clean. good location, peaceful and very secure for children. Just what we needed with 3 small kids. Ants in the bathroom. The swimming pool was very clean and quiet. Weather. We have no complaints whatsoever and would like to go back to the same hotel in the future. The hotel is actually a group of appartments, which is fine although on our arrival we were actually looking for a hotel, which confused the taxi driver no end ! also when we arrived at 2pm we had no-where to go until reception opened at 4pm !. Our balcony was in shade all day which meant we were unable to use it as it was too cold in January to sit out in the shade. In future I would ask for a sunny balcony where possible when booking. It was very hard to find the reseption as is not called Club Aldea Del Mar is called Grup Hotel. no ball games or inflatables permitted by swimming pool - quite restrictive for having fun with young children. No heating in the bedrooms. Ants in the Bathroom. The room could have benefited from air conditioning. Reception unavailable at weekends. No swimming pool or gardens open from October to May, even though the weather was good. Poor check in procedure The reception closed on Saturday at 1pm and does not open again until Monday 10am. Check in is at 4pm. Lots of ants in all rooms and on kitchen sides.Balcony door unlockable. Receptionist ott about security, whichfrightened my wife for the whole holiday. When we arrived five lightbulbs were gone. Towels were not changed at all.

Travelling information
By Car:
- Whether you are coming from Albacete (on the A-31 motorway) or from Valencia (on the A-7 motorway), take the A-7 towards Murcia.
- Once you have passed the cities of Elche and Crevillente, leave the A-7 and continue on the AP-7 towards Torrevieja and Cartagena, which you will see on your right-hand side.
- Continue on the AP-7 and after about 21 km take the exit towards Torrevieja Norte.
- After 12 km (after you have passed a petrol station on your right-hand side), turn right onto the N-332 towards Alicante.
- Continue for about 2 km, then at the roundabout follow the signs towards Torrevieja por la Costa (Torrevieja via the coastal road).
- Continue for 3.5 km and after passing a Campsa petrol station, stop at the traffic lights.
- Once at the traffic lights, you will see an Italian restaurant called 222 on the left-hand side and on the right-hand side is Avenida Roetgen.
- Turn right into Avenida Roetgen, then continue straight on.
- The resort reception is located in the 3rd street (one-way) on the right-hand side, at block number 24. You must check-in there.
