Very friendly and helpful staff.
5 minutes from the airport. Easy to find. Secure parking. I prefer a soft bed so after reading other reviews which indicated the beds were hard, I was pleasantly surprised that they were in fact fine. We arrived late and left early so I can't really comment on the facilities but what we saw looked great. Everything was spotlessly clean. Shower- good pressure and plenty of hot water. The room was a good size and although it was on the front of the hotel it was qu. all reviews »
The staff at reception,Sandra, Andrew and Juan were very friendly and
most helpful if you were in need of any information. The town of
Torellano itself has everything you need from bars to restaurantes and
anthing else you require. The Hotel is very clean with good a/c in
the rooms and is ideally located to Alicante airport (5mins), the city
of Alicante itself (20 mins) and Elche (20 mins) Would highly recommend.
Very clean, centrally located for our airport arrival. Comfortable room with good space and upmarket fittings in the room and ensuite. Simple continental breakfast of toast, orange juice and good coffee - excellent. Couldn't have asked for more.
It's like a 5min drive from the airport, which is why I had booked it. The location is good for that, but not for much else. The hotel made a very good impression all around, would definitely come back if I need a place close to the airport.
We all liked this hotel as it was so easy to find, and the location made it perfect for the airport, it is Ideal and just 3 minutes from the airport. Plenty of shops,bars & returants within walking distance. Easy parking as well.
We have stopped here on several occasions and it is an ideal stop for us as we are heading to airport ealy in the morning . The hotel and staff are excellent and we always have a meal at bar next door which is also excellent.

This was a beautiful hotel In an ideal location for access to the airport. Torrelanonis a lovely little town with a good choice of restaurants and bars. Only 10 minutes from the airport for our morning flight.
This is a great hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. Easy to get to yet it still has plenty of restaurants within walking distance to provide the weary traveller and good night’s stay.
we only booked the room for 1 night as a stopover near to the airport, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff on duty were friendly & helpfull, would stay there again if needed.
Within 5 minutes or airport and good restaurant next door which makes life easy. Car park at fear so left luggage in car overnight without worries as guard dog would have seen anything off.

was closed but the receptionist took us next door to their bar and we
had a superb and value for money meal.

We wanted a simple, basic overnight stop near Alicante airport and this hotel fitted the bill. It was easy to find, cheap, clean and has a very good Spanish bar / restaurant attached. We only saw one member of staff onreception, but he was pleasant and helpful.
The hotel is only a 5 min drive away from the airport. They have private parking. We had to leave very early in the morning and they prepared a sandwich and a drink to take away.

When complaining about smoke odor in the room, we immediately got a new room.
It was clean and had a spacious bathroom. Everyone was very friendly.

The only thing is that the internet access was a bit complicated (although free), I had to get a separate access code for every device that I wanted to connect.
Sound insulation could be better - a bit of noise from street and other guests. Room was very clean but had a slight smoke smell.
Had a road front room one stay and very very noisy.
I felt the female receptionist who dealt with us on our arrival could have been friendlier and more welcoming. She gave no eye contact and did not speak to us at all. The male receptionist in the evening was much more pleasant and friendly.

Again I was given room 202 on the second floor at the front of the hotel . Traffic noise till around 3 am .realy needs double glazing . This is the only bad thing on an otherwise excellent hotel.

The hotel is on the main road in Torrellano and we had a room on the road side which was small and noisy. There are better rooms, bigger and quieter. However, we were tired and the noise from the road was OK in the evening and we were awake by the time rush hour started around 7am.
It was very noisy. The cussion was very hard and uncomfortable. The bed was okay but somehow it felt damp and I do not know the reason. I have not slept very well.

Staff were either not capable of speaking English or were giving wrong Information about the Bus timetable to the Airport.
Nothing really - breakfast is at small coffee shop next door but there are others further down the road which were better.
