Very central; very near the beach; comfortable and clean. Location and accommodation. Location of the Hotel, near the coast and the center of the city. The fact that it was so near the beach.Resturant and location. When they changed our room we received an adequate, nearly sufficient room, with a pleasant, quiet view/location.facilities in the room were good, excellent location for the beach and centre of town, swimming pool very good. Nothing. Location of the hotel is perfect.Lifts close to easily and we had 2 incidents of getting caught in the doors, or the buggie geting stuck.Asked for wake up call but did not get it. Breakfast, was terrible. Breakfast was a little disappointing - no atmosphere in restaurant and limited choice. Breakfast at the resturant, not good enough. The real dinner and breakfast room closed.They have a space in reception that so could be used as a bar. The factwe we would have rather gone self catering, for a good cup of tea. The rooms were not like they were shown on the website. Entirely tooexpensive for the poor quality rooms.Inadequate hotel staff. Some of them did not understand sufficient English; they did not follow up on service. We needed to ask for different things, clothes hangers, will the room be cleaned today/this evening. Ugly placing of noisy air-condition units on balcony.no dining room or bar for hotel guests, breakfast rather limited. Staff Breakfast very Poor. Service,extremely expensive for the quality of the room. Rooms need renovation, they were small, old and falling apart andnothing gets mended for days when you request it.The showers/watersystem had an issue all through our stay and was not fixed for 2 weeks.Housekeeping would not change sheets or mop floors. Very unpleasantexperience. No restaurant, breakfast is in pizza express next door andvery very basic.

Sitges has very good connections with Barcelona and Tarragona by means of RENFE suburban and regional trains. There is a train approximately every 15 minutes that connects Sitges with Barcelona in only 30 minutes.
