What a wonderful staff! My story is very special: the girl lost the
ring. In just 1 hour from time I left hotel I've got a telephone
call from Jean-Pierre. With message "We've found a ring.
Yes,with a small diamonds". I went back from another city to Sitges
and met Jean-Pierre at hotel's reception, to receive a ring.
He put the ring into envelope. Which I hold very tight from that time).
Same day I met my colleagues at Barcelona and returned ring to the girl.
She was really happy.

we had 3 rooms - all were nicely furnished, clean and well maintained
excellent service - we turned up with an additional person and even though the hotel was full, they accommodated by setting up an extra bed in one of our rooms.

Outstanding value for money. The rooms are just renovated, nice, clean and spacious. Hotel owners are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the sea and only 5 minutes from the station - excellent location. This was an excellnt choice for me during the business visit.

Very nice, smiley, friendly and helpful host/staff. Couldn't ask for a better location, 5 min walk from the bus stop, 2 min from shops/beaches/cafes/bars/restaurants and yet so so quiet during the day and at night! Room was large, airy, comfortable and very very clean!! Boutique style without the pricey bills.
Late check in (11.00 p.m. Instead of 9.00 p.m.) was made available.
Very friendly and helpful receptionist and cleaning staff.
Lot of gay maps and ads at the front desk and the receptionist also gave us a lot of advice where to eat, what to see etc.

Good location: not slam in the noisy part of town but just beside it. Near beach. Superbly helpful and friendly owner who was conscientious to do the best for us at every turn.
location is on a busy square - can be a bit noisy if you have one of the front rooms.

Wifi connection was totally unavailable for 3 days out of 4.
We tried to connect by mobile phone and by ipad also, but it did not work.
I cannot think of anything negative to say about this wonderful little hotel.
Two minor things:
Towels get only cleaned every 3 days. For a little extra they can be changed daily.
No soap, shampoo or shower cream in bathroom.
bathroom door doesnt offer 100% privacy but appreciate that is quite common in Spain.
TV was tiny ...
they do not offer breakfast.
The fact it did not have a breakfast room I went out and found a resturan t on the front.

Soundproofing could be better.

Noisy with all the coming and goings of the guests but that cant be helped by owner or staff. Take earplugs ;).
