It is a very nice hotel located in the heart of downtown Barrii de Santa Cruz, the most beautiful and historic zone in Sevilla and 6 mins to the Catedraly Giralda by walking. Clean and comfortable room. Many bars and restaurants nearby that closed very late at night. Thanks to the reception lady on duty at Feb.19 Night she helped us to complain with the taxi driver who wants to charge us more taxi fare. Highly recommened!.
all reviews » Actually after the first night, I wanted to leave but my wife convinced me to use ear plugs. And we stayed 4 nights even though the room was small. But the hotel is a typical charming little cozy building, at the entrance of the great Santa Cruz sector, a walking distance to the Cathedral and just above a lively resto, pub and street. So expect noise at night. The location is excellent. Very close to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. There are many good restaurants in the area. The room is small but has all you need, a closet, a safe (you need to leave a deposit for the key), a TV with international channels, air conditioning. The staff is very nice and helpful. I like everything of this hotel. The room is warm and beautifully decorated. The location is great, near to alcazar, cathedral and archivos de Indias. The staff is very nice. To have breakfast, there are caffes very near the hotel open since morning. This hotel is perfect!. The two gentlemen at the front desk were especially helpful and helped to make this the most pleasant place we have stayed in Spain. The room size, bathroom size and lighting fixtures were excellent. Location is great! The room is of decent size and sunny and airy with two large french windows. The balcony that looks out to the street is a nice feature. The bathroom is a good size. Great location in historic section and within walking distance to all sights. Not too far from city center, if you check-in late, you have a place to go which is open till late. Location is close to near-by parking garage and is a short walk from all of the main attractions. They don't have a cafeteria; however, there are many good restaurants in the area. There was nothing we didn't like. As far as services, there isn't much that the hotel offers. I was there during the Semana Santa and the hotel didn't even have the procession schedule to hand out. Every other hotel of similar standard had them. bed a little bit small. Parking is a pain in this area and the nearby underground car park is expensive. Free or cheap parking is available nearby but felt risky. Maybe I will research better next time for parking. Expensive (but then it was Semana Santa). Only 2 pillows on bed. We used folded blankets but you could prob get more pillows from reception. Shower was tiny. Street facing rooms can be noisy early in am and late at night with bars setting up outside tables. Also no lift so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs. having to go to the restaurant next door for breakfast. Beds were relative small but alright for price of room. Wifi didn't work, except on the rooftop terrace, and the beds were most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. The rooms could have been bigger but considering the price and location it really wasn't a major issue. noisy bin collection during the early hours of the morning, its a trade off between great street view or quieter room at the back without the street view. Needed to hand the key in every time we left. Bathrooms although big, the space between the toilet and the wall was a bit tight. very noisy. Had intermittent problems with the WI-FI. Room was small but sufficient. Small shower/room but great value for central location. Great for 1 - 2 nights - wouldn't stay longer as room would begin to feel very claustrophobic. nothing to complain. was a great value for money. The beds were very uncomfortable. I would rather see comfortable beds than pretty decorations. The bed was a bit squeaky. The shower ran completely out of hot water twice. No flaws. Very noisy location and I could hear people in the next room. Beds were also not very soft. Shower was coming apart and held together with sticky tape. Not very modern. No wifi in the room. The beds were not comfortable, the linens were substandard, the shower door in the bathroom was not affixed properly, the internet was slow, the air conditioning did not work well and made the room humid, and the initial front desk clerk would not allow a room change due to the time. I do not recommend this hotel. Spend a few Euros more and stay elsewhere. Can be a bit noisy if on outer rooms.
