The finish with the hotel on all levels was superb. From the excellent sleeping & washing facilities right through to the friendly relaxed & extremely staff. We are well travelled people & I personally felt the hotel was the best I have ever stayed in. The little extras of free wine coffee machine in room were brilliant. The laptop was an excellent touch while the shower was magic. The view of the parasol; was quite magnificent. Brilliant hotel brilliant friendly helpful & photo.

Loved the little touches like the coffee in the room and toothbrush and razor, etc. Even a little Spanish fan left on our bed. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the little roof terrace/bar and the afternoon coffee and biscuits was such a treat. Would highly recommend the hotel. Hotel locate nearby plaza Mayor, everything is very convenient. And walking distance to most sight seeing spot. Hotel's decoration is impresive, looks classic and luxury. All reception employee can speak good English. Very kind and willing to help. Nice and friendly. Compaired to its price, this hotel is great value. Strongly recommend. Hotel is a quaint boutique style in a city centre location. Can easily walk to all major attractions. Difficult to find if driving to the hotel. Very narrow streets and road works did not help. Must easier when driving out of the city. Room was smaller then expected but well organized. Nada. Breakfast was very average for the price. Wifi was broken on the 2nd day we stayed. Cheap shower box and massage jets are dribbles of water. No hand soup in bathroom. Room maybe slightly cramped. Shower leaked in our room, no really issue though. We paid 10 euros each for breakfast, which was not served at the hotel but rather at a small fast food place across the street, between 9 am and 11 am. This was not worth the money paid. Breakfast is not recommended. The rooms were small but we already knew that from reading earlier reviews. Would have liked to be offered tea in my room, instead of coffee. The rooms could be more sound proof. The rooftop bar could have stayed open later. Direct location is ok but there are better spots. Small room with a noisy A/C, can't imagine how uncomfortable it gets mid-summer. All else good. No swimming pool and small rooms. Due to weather the Terrace on 3 rd floor was closed. Not the hotel's fault. lack of room insulation - can hear hear everything in next room and corridor. A loud noise used to wake us up every morning. It sounded like an automatic water pump. We did not have a double bed but two adjoining single beds with separate bedding. No TV channels in English. Supplement for breakfast No internet facility other than wi fi. More selection at breakfast. Access to roof terrace during day to sit and read as no terrace on room. nothing. Rooms too small. Can barely move around. Looks more like a pension - altho they put on lots of period imitation furniture. Could not locate the place - pretty hidden from view. We left and travelled to madrid where we stayed at the ritz. Quite a contrast. And the ritz was only 50 euros more. Would not return unless in backpack. That there is no pool. No hot water to make tea at breakfast - had to be microwaved. No kettle in room. No English speaking tv channels. Small rooms, too much furniture. The rooms are very small, in the hallway and in some of the rooms was a terrible smel. Bathroom not very clean. Breakfast not a wide choice. Small room with little space to open luggage Inconsistent room service Thin walls. room too small,TV too small. The room was close to a fan which was very noisy overnight. The walls too thin, you coul hear everything. Room-5!!!. Air conditioning noisy in the room. Very small room even if it wasn't the economy choice. We have changed 3 room before to get one acceptable. 1 smell of umidity ( awful) , 2nd close to aircondition fan and motor in the patio that amplify the noise. 3rd have ants in the bath and the shower has the broken pipe. Definetly it isn't a 4 stars hotel. By the way...never changed a room in my experience.
