The hotel was much more luxurious than we expected for the price we paid. The room was very nice and comfortable overlookng the hotel's central fountain. Great location for travellers coming to Seville by car- walking distance fom main attractions, but you don't need to enter into the city's very narrow alleys with a car to reach it.Good location, the hotel itself was very good. The rooms were nice, the bathrooms were very clean, the linen was soft and crispy. The staff was very freindly and helpful. Excellent value for money. A very positive experience! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Seville again. The room had a beautiful view of the courtyard and the bathroom was very comfortable and modern. You most emphasize that parking is limited and might not be available.The room we got was a bit cramped, and there was a bit of noise from the hallway and the elevator which was just next to the room. One night someone in an adjoining room played their TV very loudly - it was their discourtesy rather than the hotel's but two things that could be considered would be a note to guests on the TV or control and a governing control on the sound level of the TV. Our room was very musty/stinky. It seemed as though the air conditioner needed a new filter. Luckily it was not too warm outside so we could open the windows.There was some extra charge with breakfast we did not understand completely and quite unusual for a Hotel. A bit (just a bit) too far from the center (if you have to walk with small childrens) more than the distance it was a problem the tiny sidewalks of the streets going to the center that were difficult to walk with a stroller. Our friends who stayed in other areas of the hotel found the windows opening onto breakfast area a little noisy but with air conditioning the windows can be kept shut minimising the noise.room a little too tight. Water was brown when we first ran bath and taps. It dissappeared after running the awater for a long time and never reoccured. the hotel did offer to move us if we wished.Picked this hotel because of onsite parking, and was disappointed to betold when I arrived that the car park was 'complet' and we were directedto another car park which was a long walk away, expensive and verydifficult to navigate to. However, the receptionist did offer us freebreakfast to make up for the inconvenience. It hadn't been clear that the third bed of a triple room was a temporary put-up bed although this would not have meant we wouldn't have booked it.I liked and appreciated everything. hotel restaurant charged 32 E for two bowls of very bad noodle soup and a very undistinguised salad, one beer and a coke. the prices of the parkink and breakfast. The room was not very large. The room opened into the dining room so there was no outside air and the air conditioning did not work. We were offered another room which was much smaller and next to the lifts, the widow opened but the lift and constant sound of kitchen fans made this room unacceptable. The staff did their best to accomodate us but the hotel was full.
