All members of staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was spacious enough for a four day stay and was always clean tidy on our return from sightseeing. Bearing in mind the location so close to the centre of the city it was quiet at night.The breakfast was very good indeed. Hotel was not too central but a nice walk past some off the beaten path churches. The breakfast was worth the extra charge without a doubt, best hotel breakfast I think I've ever had, kept us fueled all day while site seeing. The hotel was decorated very well.

A map giving clear directions for navigating the one way streets should be on the website as sat nav did not recognise the address. the beds of the hotel were not comfortable. No tea/coffee making facalities in rooms ( bring your own kettle). Very difficult to find in rental car with directions given and even Sat Nav lost it's way! One of the reception staff was particularly unhelpful when we arrived and spoilt the overall experience at the hotel. staff of the hotel is don't know city cool place and events. lobby area , noise of heating boiler in morning ( even if it was a special offer room ). No coffee or tea facilities in room. No access to english language tv news etc.better directions, personal more friendly. When we arrived , we went to the "snack bar/lounge" and orderedsandwiches , snacks and coffee´s , ect. We were given a free glass ofsherry , each . But,.....the "sandwiches and snacks , were very poorlypresented , and were barely edible , rather than tasty ! Unfortunately, this decided us against dining in the Hotel , that evening , as wehad planned !. Not well situated, it is not a partucularly nice street. Our room had a loud noise of running water so we had to move to another room which was much better. Location and garage entrance and exit even helped by staff was a nightmare. "Dangerous" to get in or out the bathtub which was built in a strange angle of the building. Sachets for bathgel and shampoo given instead of flacons as should be for a 4 star hotel. Parking garage entrance is tricky if you're not an experienced driver. Wireless did not work as promised; unfriendly staff in restaurant. The ineffective air condtioning; room very stuffy. Would be impossible to sleep in summer. Strong smell of cigarette smoke (supposedly non smoking floor, but presumably ignored). Maid service and unfriendly staff. They do charge the creditcard you use when making a reservation, so theroom is paid when you checkin. Then after 2 minutes in my room I foundout there was internet-access. The hotel said it wouldn't be fixeduntill the next day. Since I needed internet for my work I immediatlychanged to another hotel. But they charged me a full night stay since 'Ihad already paid' !!!. The floor in the room and in the bathroom was very dirty (dust, hair in the corner of the room); TV was not functioning and they didn't replaced it; poor quality of the lingerie (with some spots on it ); The hotel is not 4 star; it is 2plus.Explanation about hotel should be honest. But this hotel tells a lie. The parking was impossible when my family got there after very difficult finding the location for about 50 minutes.The staff there told that there was no parking space! So I had to find another parking garage 20 minutes away from hotel. This hotel tells a lie to customers regaring the parking garage...

- Turn left to Calle Calatrava following the road to Alameda de Hercules, Calle Trajano.
- Turn left in Calle San Miguel and immediately right through Calle Tassara, following to Plaza San Miguel.

From National IV Cádiz:
- Follow Avenida de Las Palmeras until you reach Calle Torneo.
- At Puente Barqueta, turn left to Calle Calatrava, following the road to Alameda de Hercules, Calle Trajano.
- Turn left into Calle San Miguel and immediately right through Calle Garcia Tassara, following Plaza San Miguel.
- Turn left to Calle Cervantes.

From Santa Justa railway station:
- Take Calle José Laguillo opposite the station’s main exit, go to the end of the road and then turn right on Avenida de Maria Auxiliadora.
- Keep going up to the roundabout in front of Puente Barqueta, then turn left to Calle Calatrava, following the road to Alameda de Hercules, Calle Trajano.
