This hotel is well located particularly for those who don't have a hire car. It's very central & also close to the bus station, with bus routes all around ibiza during peak season. Everything is just a short walk away & the town is charming with its shops, marina, promenade & numerous restaurants. The hotel is basic but very clean & the rooms are fine though there is some traffic noise from the main road. The mattresses seemed new & expensive which was a nice surprise. The r.

It was very easy to get to and the room was basic and simple which was exactely what I was after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The girl on reception, very helpful. Location to the centre is good, but the Hotel is basic, a bit like Ryan Air - you have to pay for all the extras that are normally included. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but kept v clean. Shower was good and good water pressure and temperature. Hotel had its own pool outside. staff was quite friendly and informative. It's worth noting that there is no lift & you have to pay for any extra's. Extra's include air con, a room fan, wi fi etc. we can't think of anything about the hotel that we didn't like. There was no air conditioning in the room, which wasn't a problem for me as the nights were still cool, but I think in the height of the summer season, it will be very hot. Customers will have to pay extra for the air conditioning. Neighbours constant dog barking had to change rooms. Shower in both rooms need upgrading,causing leakage in bathrooms. Pool shower not working, breakfast was ok, bar not open. No bar facility. Maybe just for a couple of hours early evening. I was on the main road side of Hotel (room 214). Very noisy from Traffic and Buses, the smell on Balcony was Diesel Exhaust fumes and the barking dogs from the two Villas across the road, were a nuisance. The breakfast was pretty tasteless. Safe costs €3.50 per Day, Wi Fi €15 per week. No Bar, just a couple of vending machines. No ac in the room or fan. We were encouraged to go buy a fan from a shop. Rooms were very noisy, I presume because the walls were thin but also because the doors were made in such a way that people could slam them, which made a lot of noise. I was awoken very early every day because of this. Wifi was not free - 10 euros for 24 hrs or something like that. Whereas in the restaurants in town it was free. Just another way to make money out of the tourist. Be careful with booking and this hotel description. Air-conditioner and safe box are not free. 8e for air-conditioner and 3.5e for safe box which are ridiculously charged. the furnitue in room was old and worn corridors leading to my room were seedy no safety deposite faclity in my room given a locker in main reception had ants in bed and on dressing table on the whole very poor facilities breakfast wasnt very nice not good value for money thought i was ripped off.
