Very nice comfortable clean and stylish apartment, friendly helpful staff. Free WiFi Location handy to shopping and beach areas. San Sebastian is a beautiful city and we wish we could have stayed longer. Arrizul Apartments is a good base for exploring San Sebastian. Central location to all facilities. Bathrooms well appointed. Nice location near Zuriola beach, simply decor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Near the city centre. No Bad points at all for this apartment. Table should have been in the lounge dining area and not in the kitchen. Second bedroom had 2 single beds which did not allow to the wardrobe. Would have liked to have had the choice of air conditioning or at least fans in the rooms. We booked a two (double) bedroom apartment as we were two couples. The photos clearly showed the apartment with two double beds but when we checked-in we were given an apartment with 1 double and 1 single. We complained - the woman said there were no other apartments but we stood our ground and eventually she "found" another apartment for us, with the two double bedrooms we had booked. Street noise with windows open. parking could be an issue,as it is throughout san sebastian and their army of traffic wardens difficult to find. Price. When we arrived we were told the hot water was not working from 11am-1pm. This was not the case, we had not hot water the entire length of our stay from Friday-Monday and it didnt matter what time of day it was. The wi-fi did not work in our apartment maybe because it was on the 6th floor. It did work fine in the lobby. Fully fitted kitchen but no kettle!. Pricey, but it is San Sebastián in August. No kettle or any basics in kitchen such as salt, pepper and oil. Bad smell. The apt was almost empty - no salt or pepper, no olive oil, no dishwasher detergent, no broom, only 3 wine glasses! Lack of hangers. No place to put your clothes after laundry to let them dry. Very poor cleaning - we broke a wine glass, we asked about cleaning, but after we found some pieces in the carpet! Apt is very dusty and cold. The internet connection was intermittent as I needed to login every time. Overall, I would say it's very overpriced. I'll never return. No air-con.
