Nice room double bed, bath with shower and a balcony. Staff were excellent. Pool area was a little sun trap a good size and pleasant to sit in. Bar area catered forbguestsvand a lot of locals go there giving the place a real friendly and lively buzz. We were there 1st week in April and weather was sunny and warm every day and we intend to go back next year. Hostal Marino is an amazing place with a most lovely people I have ever met. Great location, quiet area, but close to all the shops, parties, beaches. There is a WiFi all over hostel and fitness centre just around the corner. Rooms are very clean and comfy, I had a balcony with a swimming pool view. I`m looking forward to going there again :).
all reviews » Great location with very friendly staff. Not the type of place i would typically stay on vacation but htis was Ibiza and everyone is pretty much there to party and have a great time. The restaurant downstairs was very very good and a great value for the money. 10 minute walk to the marina area and nearby beaches. Staff were amazing. Great Little swimming pool and surrounding with ping pong, pool table & tables in the sun. We were upgrade to a "suite" free of charge which was a great room with more comfort & facilities than expected. Tasty food in the cafe/Bar attached. Miki, he is amazing, like an angel! The last day, to make sure that I woundnt miss my buss, Miki send me to the bus station with his own car. Very quiet. Clean. There is swimming pool, bar, restaurant, and a gym! even though its a small guesthouse, miki has everything :). I can not fault this hotel atall. Everything was perfect, amazing food at very reasonable prices. The staff are so friendly and extremely good at their job. The staff are just fantastic. the staff was friendly, esp the guys working in the bar, always with a smile and happy to help. Loved the fact we have fresh clean towels everyday! The food was very good too!. room cleaning every day good food in hotel bar / restaurant lots of local people as well, not only tourist. Food was alright, nothing special but probably nicer than most other food in san Antonio. Organised late check out for us!. One night quite a drone from air condition units which where housed in tower shaft behind wardrobe. Take ear plugs and it won't be a problem. Only thing would be the air situation. Small ceiling unit but the room was never a comfortable temperature. Ended up opening the balcony door which made the room 100 times better. But i guess we're a bit biased being from Miami, we NEED our air conditioning. Smell of smoke in the bedroom corridor. Walls to rooms seemed thin. ... But didn't bother us. ... Maybe in high season with more people could be worse. .. But what do you expect for the price?. under staffed... It's not in the centre, but, since sant antonio is fairly small, it doesnt really matter. Nothing. The bathroom facilities were old, needs renovation to match the rest character of the room. The main disappointment was we came as two young friends and while we weren't expecting a party hotel, the place was full of older people and families. During the day it was impossible to relax by the pool as it was full of screaming, badly controlled children, really disappointed about this, didn't realise this was a family oriented hotel. Bathroom was poor, shower was terrible, door didn't shut, tap leaked. Lighting dim in bedroom.
