The staff were brilliant, as previous comments said Jose is one of the nicest guys you'll meet, and the night porter Luis was cool also! The hotel has everything you'll need if you're there with a group of friends and just looking for a good holiday! Only 5/10 min walk from the strip and the beach! I'd definitely stay here again, especially when the air con and room safe was already included in the price! They also have facilities for travelers with late flights!.
all reviews » Everything about this hotel/apartment is positive, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Went with a group of lads aged around 21 and they had no problem with us playing music or coming in late. 100 percent recommended especially for a clubbing holiday as its directly next to ibiza rocks. This is the best place I've every stayed in at Ibiza. The apartment is spacious and very clean! Air con is great. There's a safe in the room, fridge, microwave etc. Only a 10 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to cafe mambo. All ibiza hotels have so many mixed reviews and after staying in a few rubbish ones over the years the jovial was a real realief.... Ideal apartments very clean lots of room staff were friendly no issues what so ever :). brilliant location with really spacious apartments and amazing air-conditioning. Such friendly staff and really nice pool facilities ! Perfect for a group of young people planning a well priced, fun trip in ibiza!. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The condition of the apartments was very good. The location is ideal if you don't mind a 5min walk to the best bar/clubs. Everything i expected from decent / in town self catering apartments. It's a little noisy as its next door to the Ibiza rocks hotel, however it's Ibiza everyone parties until the early hours. nothing !. Nothing all good. Nothing we found was against our liking. N/A. None. The hotel itself was quiet but the noise from the surrounding apartments/hotels was constant. Our room was looking over a public courtyard which echoed and seemed to make everything even noisier. Some soundproofing of the windows and doors would be good! Hard to catch up on any sleep if you had a big night out! Could also do with some refurbishing of the 70s brown decor. The view.
