Very clean and comfortable and nice big balcony. Good location. The owner [Pilear] obliged us by keeping our bags for us on the last day as our flight home wasn't until late that night. We really appreciated that.
Central Location for both the beach and Theme park.
The apartment was of a good size in a quiet location within walking distance to the sea.
Our flight wasn't arriving in Reus until approx 11 pm so it was 11.30 pm when we got to apartment. The owner[Pilear] met us there with the keys and we were charged 50 Euro extra for late arrival. She said that reception closes at 9 pm and there was a call out charge of 50 Euro after that. There was nothing about this on letsbookhotel.com and I think they should include this on the Hotel policies section. Otherwise, everything was great.all reviews »
The hotel I stayed in differed from the 1 in the illustrations in fact
it was a different hotel, when I complained they claimed not to speak
English No electricity or Iron for 1st 2 days.
The kitchen was ill-equipt, tv was not working.
