Just 1-hour drive from the city of Barcelona, PortAventura® Hotel PortAventura offers guests free unlimited entry to the theme park and has direct access to the Mediterranean area. Everything. What we liked above all was the access to Beach Club. That alone was worth the money we paid. We also liked the buffet breakfast, although after 2 weeks, you seriously start getting sick of it. Being able to pay with our room card in all the parks restaurants and cafes was an added plus.Ease of access to theme park, water park and beach club. Beautiful hotel. Great location for the parks.

Important information to guests

Please note that parking lots are limited and are subjected to availability at the time of check in. The room also includes free and unlimited access to PortAventura® Park and discounts for the Costa Caribe waterpark (please check the parks' opening times). The access to the park covers the total length of the stay, including both check-in and check-out dates. 1 access to Ferrari Land per person per stay is also included in all room rates. Guests are kindly requested to check the park’s calendar for opening times. For reservations on 24th or 31st December, a buffet dinner is included. Please note the Parks are closed from Monday to Friday, from 5 November to 21 December. From 6 December to 9 December the Parks will be open. Please inform PortAventura® Hotel PortAventura - Includes PortAventura Park Tickets in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Information about the area

In PortAventura, you can experience the 5 distinct and exciting areas of the park, with their different themes. You can enjoy the rollercoaster rides, including the Dragon Khan roller coaster with 8 inverted loops. There are also special rides for young children.

By Plane:
Reus Airport is approximately a 10 minute drive.
Barcelona Airport is proximately 1 hour drive.

Once Landed:
Airport Shuttle from Reus Airport: Bus service stops at the PortAventura hotels.

El Prat Airport (Barcelona) to PortAventura Hotels: The El Prat Airport (Barcelona) is connected to the Tarragona bus station by the Ràpid Aeroport line. The bus connection for the PortAventura Hotels is at the same station. Both services are run with the same bus, it is not necessary to change. The stop for the Ràpid Aeroport service is located at the exit of Terminal B, in front of the Joan Miró mural.

The bus will drop you off at the Caribe hotel and El Paso can be accessed via a pedestrian path.

By Train:
PortAventura has its own train station (called Port Aventura).

By Car:
If you are coming from La Jonquera or southern Spain:
-Take exit 35 off the AP-7 road, this leads straight to PortAventura.

If you are coming from Barcelona or El Vendrell:
-Take the C-32 until you merge with the AP-7.

If you are coming from the Basque Country or Zaragoza:
-Take the AP-2 to join the AP-7.

Other major roads leading into the area are the N-240 (Tarragona-Lleida), T-11 (Tarragona-Teruel) and N-340 (Barcelona-Valencia).
