Spain's oldest bull ring and the famous New Bridge, over the Tajo Canyon, are less than a 4-minute walk from the hotel, and the Alameda Park is 50 metres away. You can find the shopping and restaurant area of the city just behind the property. The large and luminous bedrooms are decorated in a blue-and-white theme, and feature air conditioning, heating, safe, and TV with international channels. Many rooms have a balcony which looks over Ronda's streets. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer. Ronda Hotel Polo has a cafeteria where continental breakfast is served.

My family of five (three of whom are teenagers) spent one night at this hotel in March 2008. It is in a wonderful central location, has spotlessly clean rooms, free internet and a great breakfast. Parking was available nearby and we were able to walk to all points of interest in Ronda. If you are looking for a good solid three star hotel, I would recommend you stay at the Hotel Polo. We chose to try one of the hotel's apartments located in the old town. All I can say is it was perfect; they are beautifully furnished (inc kitchen), bright, clean and spacious. Great location next to the cathedral. All the staff were friendly and really helpful. Best place we stayed at in Spain, amazing considering the price. Fantastic way to end our holiday, thank you very much.
all reviews » Very pleased but please note we were in the apartments which is a different building altogether. You check-in in the Hotel Polo then drive to the apartments 500m away. There is limited free parking. The double apartment was delightful with kitchenette (no oven or toaster) and washing machine. Private patio. No smoking room. Nice decor. Superb part of town, could not be bettered. Really well positioned, very helpful staff, clean and tidy hotel. Also easy to find with easy parking around the hotel.This was a wondrful hotel, near the bridge to the Old Town. Staff was excellent, fluent in English, very helpful. Selection of food offered at breakfast was very limited and hotel bar only opened briefly in the evening, closing by 10 pm.Heating was not excellent, but it was fine. No doulbe bed, but two single pushed together, and not too comfortable. No parking at hotel - public parking cost 15 euros extre per day.The beds were a bit on the old side-they are twin beds- mine was better then my roommates. The ensuite of the first room we were given was not clean and there was a major problem with plumbing. However the staff quickly offered us another room . The decoration was generally basic. No WIFI in our room. The beds were fairly uncomfortable, sort of like rollaway beds disguised as single beds.poor lighting particularly in bathroom, air conditioning not working. seemed to have a sewage problem, as there was a funny smell in the bathroom... but that wouldn't keep me from staying there again. The hotel bar closed at mifnight even though there were still customers. The beds were not that comfortable and the blankets on the beds were not what I would expect from a 3 star hotel.The restaurant was closed for the winter and the cafe was extremely smoky.
