The staff were very welcoming. Even though we arrived very late and didn't surface until well after breakfast the follwing morning, they were more than willing to keep breakfast open for us, which was unexpected!. the staff were very friendly and always very helpful, the hotel has a mini bus shuttle service into Ronda which is great, its like having your own chauffeur!.
