Like the staff (though not all speak English) are very polite and courteous. The restaurant (which by the way is found in the Michelin Le Guide Rouge), which is located near the hotel is a terrific place to dine. Wine, food and atmosphere disposes for a pleasant time. The room and bath are spacious, with nice interiors. Good location (if you are driving). Despite its proximity to the highway to the hotel is very quiet. And the air conditioner is not noisy ... Good breakfast.
all reviews » We loved the large modern clean room and large bathroom with bidet and walk in shower.We also liked the extra pillows available in the wardrobe. In terms of location is suited us as it was less than five minutes drive from Reus airport as we had late arrival/early departure flights. We also liked the fact that there is a restaurant next door.Staff all very helpful, one (Sindo - I think his name was) brought bottle of water and two glasses to room, which was very thoughtful. The facilities are very good, rooms are clean, well appointed and comfortable. The best part of the hotel is its staff who were uniformly excellent. They were very helpful in offering special parking to accommodate our low clearance car and the service level generally is very high. The adjacent restaurant, same ownership as the hotel I believe, also provided a very good dinner. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again when in the area. Wonderful staff and beautifully appointed and spacious room! Good breakfast. Peaceful location despite being close to motorway. I would recommend the hotel, especially to people travelling without children. There is a small kiddies' play park adjacent, however, to the hotel. Ideal for an over night stop but also good for access to the beaches at Salou. Easy to get to, conveniently situated close to Barcelona. staff members were by far more than excellent in providing all kind of assisstance they can for their guests. Rooms were suberb for a family with young children. Perfect for what we wanted, a hotel close to the airport and also close to Reus. A little bit out of the main town of Reus. Had to catch a local bus, but this was easy and cheap. So, not really a major problem!. Nothing. No English TV channels but I heard that they are fixing this problem. Unless you have a very compact car, do not use the garage parking under ground. Too difficult to get out of because a construction pillar is blocking exit. Good parking provided outside. The location needs to be for those who have a car, not so convenient for families using public transportation means. Nothing. Nothing. No tea and coffee making facilities. no wifi, breakfast was a little sparse, not many channels on tv. None. nothing. The adjacent Michelin rated restaurant was a disappointment. The taxi fare to the airport was very expensive. For Business - not convenient location. Internet was very slow, almost not working at all. No good restaurants closed to hotel. It is necessary to rich Reus by car, but even there it is not easy to find a good place for dinner.
