Views are fabulous. Location is central to old town and easy to get to strip also. The villa itself is modern, clean and beautiful. Pool is excellent although a little chilly but fine once you get in. Rooms are great size with plenty of storage space. Master bedroom has an ensuite with bath/shower, and main bathroom has the same. Dishwasher and washing machine are a lifesaver. There is also a secure safe with key for holding valuables. All in all a fabulous villa with a real sense of luxury. all reviews »
l liked the attention to detail i.e washing up liquid, soap powder, teatowels etc which were all supplied along with a nice bottle of white wine.
Fantastic private and quite facility within a reasonable walk of the beach area. Very obliging and friendly staff when needed. Would return.

We stayed there one week, the villa were well eqipped. The pool just fine.

Clean and comfortable Villa with spacious bedrooms, excellent kitchen facilities,free safe.
The walk back up the hill from town can be a bit of a challenge, but everything else is perfect.
Not a lot to dislike. It maybe a good idea to leave cleaning products for the bathroom because despite the maid coming in twice in the week the bathroom wasn't cleaned once.

-Puerto Del Carmen is very touristic (but the old harbour is nice and "quiet" with good restaurants).
The back window shutters made a very loud whistling noise so the back bedroom was not used during the first couple of nights when it was windy.
Lack of oven narrowed down eating options a bit.

The villa complex is located in Puerto del Carmen, on the island of Lanzarote. You will find Playa Grande beach only 300 m from the complex and the resort centre, with its shops, bars and restaurants is only 200 m away. Here you can visit the shopping center, Biosfera Plaza.
Enjoy the new golf course of Puerto Del Carmen, only 600 m from the villas.
The nearby small fishing port of Varadero is also well worth the visit – an ideal place to enjoy fresh seafood cuisine.
