We stayed in no. 6 Villas Bocaina. It's a quiet area but very close to shops bars etc. Two supermarkets close by and a corner shop. 6 of us went and easily fit us all, lots of room. Everyone loved it! We had plenty of sun loungers and outdoor space,and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment (toaster, kettle, coffee maker, plates, knives, bbq stuff etc.). The pool was great and the villa was cleaned twice during the week. The women who emailed us was very helpful and arranged to have a dvd . all reviews »
Very well equiped, very comfortable, very clean and great service. The location was ideal too, as my sister had to attend the dialysis clinic around the corner. It was great for local shops/supermarkets, and the strip/beach was just a short walk. Lots to see and do for all ages. And the towels were changed regularly. Would deffinately recommend these villas. They were in a lovely area.
We stayed in the villa during a triathlon training holiday. The villa had lots of space for our bikes and equipment, easy access to cycle routes, the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable with all the basic mod-cons you'd expect. Fresh towels were provided regularly. The area is nice and quiet too. Couldn't have asked for more.
The villa was lovely ,clean and lovely pool ..beds were changed ..towels twice...good value for money ..staff were very helpfull and friendly ...would use it again ..It was very quiet and relaxing....

Swimming Pool
Outside / Upstairs Terrace.
Only minor things really. The pool could have done with a quick clean towards the end of the week. The tiles around the pool and in the villa are slippy when wet and the outdoor tiles get very hot! No major complaints though.
Nothing really. The wind was cold at night, but we were unfortunate with the timing, because when we were leaving there was a heat-wave starting.
I have a bad knee so the walk sometimes was a litle hard its only ten mins away from everything ...but i just would have been more comfortable to be a bit closer ...but only because of my knee problem ...so dnt be put off unless you cant walk far but taxis are very cheap....
Neighbouring property broken into during stay and some signs of forced entry into our villa.
The villa needed some work with small items ie no bulbs in a room, no lampshade on lamps door handle off door etc.

stay. Door kicked in, also people going through bins out on the road
each night.
